Insider transactions are sourced directly from SEC EDGAR Form 3, 4, and 5 filings,
parsed and normalized in-house. Market data and fundamentals come through licensed
institutional providers.
How quickly do filings appear?
Form 4 filings are ingested and scored within minutes of landing on EDGAR. Clusters
and conviction scores update in real time as new filings arrive.
Can I cancel anytime?
